Had the meat of some good laughs but the connective tissue was absent. 6/10.

I had heard good things about this, how it didn’t go down the standard women being mean to each other route. While mostly true, I was disappointed. There were definite laughs, but more in the vein of a series of skits from a running gag. The story didn’t really gel, and lost oomph about halfway through. A decent payoff, but by then I’d stopped being invested in the outcome. The writers/directors have promise though, and I’d watch their next film. 5/10..
