This is possibly one of the most original movies I’ve seen in a while. I’m not the only one saying that (see MovieBob’s review here). Excellent storytelling delivered with real tension and pace without breaking the ‘gimmick’. Well, streaming TV news video came close, but it gets a pass. The only think that really bothered me was after a movie that almost exclusively worked with diegetic sound, the music in the build to the climax ramped up – which completely worked but felt like a cheat. A gripping tail of the modern age that you really have to see … without spoilers. 10/10.
