Emmy says: Bright and colourful, this was a delight to watch. The gorgeous setting and costumes were perfect. The contrivances within the plot made this story move all over the place in an entertaining way. Interested in the next Benoit Blanc tale. 9/10.
Jeff says: A delightful tale but, like one of the plot elements, it thinks it’s cleverer than it really is. I do appreciate the self-awareness of lampshading Clue though. A lot more to the Benoit character without dragging the stand-alone story down. The allegories implied are interesting and the acting is enjoyable. Janelle Monáe is, as everyone says, incredible. I want more, thanks Netflix! 9/10.
